Reliant team’s flexibility, patience, and excellent customer service has made our experience a very positive one. More than a product and service, we were looking for guidance and advice, after we decided to convert our home heating system from oil to natural gas. The sales manager, Erich Maurer, made sure he understood our true needs for our home and our family before making any recommendations. He helped us select the type of boiler that was the most convenient for our needs and the age and characteristics of our home. We straightforwardly let him know from the first conversation that we were comparing and contrasting different companies. Erich not only welcomed the competition, but he also explained to us what we should be looking for in both a high efficiency boiler and the type of service required for the whole conversion process.

Ultimately, it was easy for us to decide that Reliant was our best choice. Erich made sure we understood what we should expect to happen at each stage of the process and the estimated time range it would take. Erich went above and beyond by contacting UGI directly to coordinate with their crew the most convenient dates to complete the preliminary work in our basement to hook us up to the gas line exactly when UGI had finished installing our line to the main pipe in the street and the gas meter.

We were extremely fortunate to have had the technician Eric Shaffer, assigned to the project. Eric is not only highly experienced and knowledgeable, but also a professional who pays attention to details, is careful and clean in his work, and communicates clearly and timely to ensure we understand what the project entails and the time each stage would take to complete. Eric is also a great mentor as we witnessed how he would demonstrate and guide a colleague in training, Mike, who was also part of this assignment. Eric’s impressive work ethics were evident as he made sure the entire work was finalized in a timely manner and in the most effective way possible.

Eric even provided one of his own space heaters to ensure we were comfortable at home during the brief period of time there was no heating in the house while the connection was finished and the new boiler started working. We are truly appreciative of the excellent quality that the whole Reliant team has provided to us.
I called the company about the fireplace and I was pleasantly surprised when they scheduled the technician the next day. The technician was very professional and fixed the issue in no time. Absolutely would recommend!
Eric came for our oil furnace issue. He is an excellent tech and a very nice guy to talk with. We are glad we called this company and will recommend them. 5 stars for Reliant. Thanks for good work.
